| Match/Practice Cancellation Notice |
| Any cancellation of scheduled practice sessions or matches due to weather will be posted on the Home page of the web site as soon as the decision is made. Weather related decisions will be made as early as possible. Please be aware that the CVYRA's matches will be played rain or shine. _________________________________________________ |
| Lightning Policy |
| During the summer we do experience late afternoon thunderstorms. The CVYRA's policy when a thunderstorm occurs is to wait a minimum of 30 minutes after the last flash of lightning or clap of thunder to continue match play or practice. In the event match play or practice is underway, the fields will be vacated and all participants will go to the picnic pavilion and wait to be picked up there. |
