The Cumberland Valley Youth Rugby Association was founded in 2005 and kicked off
the inaugural season on June 25, 2005 with four teams of boys and girls aged eight
to twelve.  

The CV Youth Rugby Association plays non-contact Rugby, which helps youth to
develop the basic skills and sportsmanship required to play the sport.  

Non-contact Rugby is the most appropriate Rugby for elementary or recreational
players who are being introduced to the sport.
