(1) Hurricanes forfeited 7-11-09 match due to lack of players.
Lions awarded 21 points for match.
Once again a new season brought changes to the CVYRA, with the inception of a  
new Tackle Division for boys 12-13 for the 2009 season.  While the club saw
Divisions I and III scale back to 4 teams each the increased numbers of Tackle
players balanced the scales.

Matches and practice were moved to the Main Hampden Fields for the 2009
season for easier field maintenance and logistics.  With the addition of the new
Tackle Division the CVYRA made the difficult decision to discontinue the Thursday
night fun practice.
